  • What are your office hours?

    The View at 777 is open by appointment only Monday-Friday 9:00am-5pm. Our office is closed on weekends.

  • What is the required security deposit?

    $500 Refundable Security Deposit or one month's rent. 

  • What does the restoration fee cover?

    The $200 restoration fee covers basic cleaning, carpet cleaning, and basic touch-up painting at move out.

  • Do you allow pets?

    We are a pet-friendly community.  We even have a leash-free “Bark Park” where your furry friends can play all day!

  • Which utilities are included?

    No utilities are included in rent. Monthly utilities are split amongst building residents based on unit occupancy. 

  • Who provides Internet?

    Internet is setup through Onboard and provided by Xfinity. Leasing will provide the necessary information to start the setup process. 

  • What school district are you in?

  • How many parking spaces does each resident receive?

    Two vehicles per apartment on a First-come-first-serve basis.
